DPD Delivery – Key Information
All orders placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same working day. Any DPD orders received after 3 pm will be shipped on the next working day. DPD orders received after 3 pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday at 3 pm or in the event of a public holiday, the next working day. DPD Saturday must be selected as the delivery method to receive your order on Saturday, if DPD Next Day is chosen your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
Whilst DPD Next Day delivers 99.9% of Next Day orders on the next working day, please note that this is not a guaranteed next-day service and no refunds for shipping will be processed if there is a delay.
Royal Mail Delivery – Key Information
Whilst Royal Mail always try to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible there may occasionally be external factors that affect this which we are not responsible for.
Royal Mail orders are subject to processing times which can be up to 4 working days. Tracking numbers are provided once your order has been processed and collected by Royal Mail.
All Royal Mail orders are sent fully tracked, Royal Mail will attempt to deliver either to your door, a safe place, or a neighbour. Once this has been done and your tracking is displaying as delivered, we will consider the parcel delivered.
If you claim to not of received your order despite the tracking saying it has been delivered by Royal Mail or claim the parcel has been damaged we will launch an investigation with Royal Mail which can take up to 14 days. Upon completion of the investigation, we will let you know the outcome. If Royal Mail confirms that your parcel was delivered using evidence such as a GPS match or verbal confirmation then we may not provide a replacement.
Duties & Taxes
When ordering from our website you may be liable to pay any import duties and customs taxes on orders outside of the UK. The charges are typically raised once the parcel has reached its destination country and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay them. These charges are not set by Diamond Eyelashes ltd and we have no control over them. The charges must be paid in order to receive your goods. Refusing to pay these charges will result in your order being returned and you may still be liable for these charges. Additionally, the original shipping cost and cost of the return shipping as well as up to a 20% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
